Meet Kasia, our Head Podiatrist at the Gold Coast Podiatry Clinic. With a successful background in human resources at Macquarie Bank and Minter Ellison Lawyers, Kasia transitioned to her true passion by graduating with distinction from Southern Cross University as a Podiatrist.

Committed to delivering integrated and holistic podiatry care, Kasia covers all aspects of podiatry across diverse age groups. She emphasises the importance of maintaining and promoting healthy foot and lower limb function as we age. Kasia's expertise extends to a special interest in pediatric foot problems, focusing on developmental milestones, gait patterns, and enhancing stability, balance, and participation in children.


As an avid runner, Kasia brings a unique perspective to athletic performance and sports injuries. Her comprehensive approach extends to ingrown toenail treatment, ensuring a complete range of podiatric services for our patients.

Dr. Wiesia Perlman leads our podiatry team with a wealth of expertise. A pioneer in the field, Wiesia earned her podiatry qualifications from Queensland University of Technology in 1990 and later achieved a Master of Health Science in Podiatry, making history as one of the first in Queensland to acheive both.


While Wiesia now focuses on a non-face-to-face clinical role, she remains an integral part of our clinic, contributing her vast experience in mentoring and management. Her diverse background includes a degree in medical radiography, an early childhood diploma, and work as an occupational therapist in Australia since 1975.


Wiesia's passion lies in mechanical/orthotic therapy, particularly in childhood foot deformities. Her groundbreaking study on "Sports Injuries in Military Recruits" showcases her commitment to advancing podiatric knowledge. Through teaching and research, she has honed skills in addressing the complexities of the 'painful foot.

Meet Christine Jeffries, our welcoming Practice Manager, Front of House, and our resident Office Guru at the Gold Coast Foot Clinic.


With over 28 years of dedicated service in the medical field, Christine is much more than just a friendly face at our reception desk – she's an integral part of our team providing a wealth of knowledge, care and medical assistance for our clients. 

Her warmth professionalism and wealth of knowledge makes her indispensable in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our clients. 

Whether you're visiting us in person or contacting us on the phone, Christine's dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, making every interaction a positive and memorable one. 

When not at work Christine spends her time with her 4 adorable grandchildren, walking on the beach and swimming.
