To help us manage our time effectively and ensure the best experience for everyone, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
What does this mean?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment — we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting and ensures our team can continue to operate efficiently.
