Refunds and Returns Policy


You have 14 days to contact our clinic to return or request a refund on any item from the date you received it in the post. To be eligible for a return or refund,  You must also be able to provide proof of purchase of your online order.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with labels and packaging intact. No refunds or exchanges will be available for products that have had tags removed or have been worn or where the packaging has been damaged.
For hygiene purposes no creams or nail polishes can be refunded.

To make a refund or return simply call our clinic during business hours. Once we have confirmed whether an item refund or return is eligible, we will request that the item to be sent back into the clinic.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

Gold Coast Foot Clinic is not responsible for the shipping costs in returning the items to our store and delivery costs will not be refunded, unless the item is deemed to have been sent faulty or the incorrect item was sent by the clinic.
